How much does shipping cost?

We offer free tracked & insured shipping for US orders over $50 with 5 - 9 days delivery.

How do I track my order?

As soon as you get the dispatch confirmation email, click on the "Track order" button and you'll get live updates on your shipment. You can also track your order manually by providing your tracking number or email and order number.

When will I get my order?

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. However, due to peak times or high demand, sometimes it can take up to 10 business days for an order to be fulfilled. Rest assured we are doing everything we can to deliver your order asap!

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 5 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

What if my shipping is delayed?

No worries – slight delays in shipment may occur due to, for instance, upcoming or current holidays that are not working days for post and delivery services. Moreover, keep in mind that it might take a considerable time for customs in your country to check and clear your package. If your delivery is significantly late, or you're experiencing problems with your order tracking, please reach out to help@nuvebeauty.com. We're happy to help!

What countries do you ship to?

We provide free worldwide shipping to over 200 countries and regions. However, we are not responsible for customs charges. Customs may charge their own fees which are not associated with our shipping cost. They are their own entity and reserve the right to charge as they see fit.

Ordering

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes of ordering. Please, if you have to cancel your order for any reason, reach out to help@nuvebeauty.com as soon as possible. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time-sensitive.

What if I entered the wrong address?

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the right shipping address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to make changes. Please reach out to help@nuvebeauty.com as soon as possible, if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.

Payment

What are my payment options?

You can pay with the world's most popular and secure payment methods. You can choose between our easy credit/debit card checkout or through one of our trusted partners: ShopPay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Why am I charged instantly?

Our payment provider automatically and securely processes your order immediately after it is placed.

Do I have to pay custom fees?

Unfortunately, Nuve is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws, all customs charges being payable by the customer and will not be covered by Nuve. For more accurate information, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office before placing your order.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Overview

Return the new, unopened items to us within 100 days of delivery. Simply reach out to help@nuvebeauty.com if you have any questions regarding your return. For any product valued over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging. Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the right size, color, etc. of your product to avoid returns or exchanges.

Terms & Conditions
